Wild Boar Piglet on the Barbie

We've been hosting a summer barbie for some years. This year, i was lucky to get a 8 kg wild boar piglet...


preparations:

rinse and clean
stuff belly with thyme, rosemary and garlic
pre-cook in oven 120 degrees (celsius) no vent for 4 hrs. let cool down.
put on hot grill only to heat up.
olive oil and squeezed garlic for a tasty crust.
enjoy.
